Information we collect

We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, telephone number, billing address, order selections, pickup preferences, account information, customer-care messages, newsletter preferences, and other information you choose to provide.

We may also collect technical information automatically, such as device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, referring pages, approximate location, and interactions with our websites and emails. We use cookies and similar technologies where appropriate to operate, secure, understand, and improve our services.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number. Stripe provides us with limited payment and transaction information, such as payment status, amount, billing details, and transaction identifiers, so we can fulfill, support, reconcile, and protect your order. Stripe’s handling of payment information is governed by its own privacy terms.

How we use information

We use information to:

• process payments and fulfill local or digital orders;
• assign pickup markets and communicate pickup instructions;
• deliver recipes, downloads, memberships, and account access;
• send transactional messages, receipts, and service notices;
• send marketing messages when you have requested or permitted them;
• respond to questions, corrections, cancellations, and support requests;
• prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and unauthorized access;
• maintain records, analyze performance, and comply with legal obligations.

When we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate our business, including payment processing, website hosting, email delivery, analytics, customer support, fraud prevention, and professional advisers. These providers receive only the information reasonably needed to perform their services.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect customers or our business, in connection with a business reorganization, or with your direction or consent.

Emails and your choices

Transactional emails are necessary to confirm purchases, provide access, and communicate important service information. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe method. You may unsubscribe from marketing without affecting order confirmations or other essential service messages.

You may request reasonable access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we maintain, subject to identity verification and records we must retain for payment, tax, fraud-prevention, or legal purposes.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain purchase and license records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet accounting, tax, and legal requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Children and United States availability

Our commercial services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Our products and services are currently intended for customers in the United States unless a product page expressly states otherwise.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The revised version will be posted here with an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated when required.
