TERMS OF SERVICE

Clear terms for ordering, baking, and belonging.

Effective August 28, 2026. These Terms of Service govern your use of TheHealeyFarm.com, TheBreadBarn.farm, and purchases from The Healey Farm Baking Co. and The Bread Barn® at The Healey Farm. All are owned and operated by The Healey Farm LLC (“The Healey Farm,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our services or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility and account information

You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement and provide accurate contact, billing, and order information. You are responsible for safeguarding any account or access link issued to you and for activity under your account.

Products, pricing, and payment

Product descriptions, prices, availability, options, and any applicable taxes are displayed before payment. We may correct obvious errors or cancel and refund an order that cannot reasonably be fulfilled. Payments are processed securely by Stripe under The Healey Farm LLC merchant account. Card statements may display HEALEY FARM.

Bread Barn local preorders

Bread Barn baked goods and approved market products are offered for local pickup only unless expressly stated otherwise. Your order confirmation identifies the applicable Market Weekend, pickup location, hours, and expected pickup day. A selected day helps us plan traffic but does not prevent pickup during the other posted market day.

Customers are responsible for collecting orders within the stated pickup window and verifying order contents before leaving. Unless another arrangement is confirmed, paid orders remaining after the final pickup deadline may be donated in the customer’s name to a local fire station, teachers’ lounge, elderly shut-in ministry, or another community recipient. Local orders are not shipped.

Digital products and delivery

Digital products are delivered through the customer’s Recipe Box, download, email, or other access method stated at checkout. Delivery begins immediately after verified payment. Because access cannot be returned once provided, all digital-product sales are final and nonrefundable, except where required by law. You are responsible for reviewing the product description, edition, permission level and included materials before purchasing and for supplying a working email address and compatible device or software.

Recipe and content licenses

Home-use products are licensed to one purchaser for personal, noncommercial use. Commercial-use products are licensed only to the extent expressly stated on their product page or included license. No purchase transfers copyright, trademark ownership, resale or publication rights, or permission to share files, account access, recipes, tools, or substantial portions of our materials.

Subscriptions

A subscription renews automatically at the interval and price shown at checkout until canceled. You may cancel before the next renewal through the available customer portal or customer-care channel. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not ordinarily refund a completed billing period. Access retained after cancellation is determined by the terms displayed for that subscription.

Cancellations and refunds

One-time digital products are final and nonrefundable once access is provided, except where required by law. Subscription cancellation stops future renewals and does not refund a completed billing period. Our current rules are described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Food, allergens, and business responsibility

Food may be produced in environments that handle common allergens. Customers with allergy or dietary questions should contact us before ordering. Recipes, calculators, plans, and business tools are educational resources. Ingredients, equipment, fermentation, ovens, and local rules vary. You remain responsible for food safety, allergens, labeling, licensing, insurance, taxes, and compliance in your own home, kitchen, or business.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

Our websites, brands, recipes, photographs, written materials, downloads, tools, and designs are owned by or licensed to The Healey Farm LLC and protected by applicable law. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, publicly post, scrape, reverse engineer, circumvent access controls, disrupt the service, commit fraud, or infringe another person’s rights. We may suspend access reasonably believed to involve abuse, unauthorized sharing, fraud, or a material breach of these terms.

Service availability and disclaimers

We work to keep our services accurate and available, but websites, third-party services, delivery systems, and product availability may change or experience interruptions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, services and educational materials are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties not expressly stated in writing.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Healey Farm LLC and its members, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our services. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to that claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so those limitations apply only to the extent lawful.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction serving Marion County, Indiana, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms prospectively as our services change. The revised terms will be posted here with a new effective date. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
