Effective September 6, 2026. Our recipes, workbooks, modules and systems are digital products delivered immediately after verified payment.
One-time digital products
Because digital access cannot be returned once provided, all one-time digital-product sales are final and nonrefundable, except where required by law. Please review the product description, edition, permission level and included materials carefully before purchasing.
Access assistance
A final sale does not remove our responsibility to deliver what you purchased. If a verified technical problem prevents access, contact us with the purchaser name, purchase email and order date so we can restore or correct delivery. Do not send card numbers or banking information.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you believe the same order was charged more than once or the amount charged differs from the confirmed order, contact us promptly so we can investigate and correct a verified billing error.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions may be canceled before the next renewal. Cancellation prevents future charges and does not refund a completed billing period, except where required by law.
Rights preserved by law
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived. Please contact us first so we can investigate access or billing concerns.
