Sheila’s Rustic method
Pre-shape each dough piece, then gently flatten it. Distribute 70 g fully cooled caramelized onion and 1 g dried thyme across each piece, keeping a clean border. Fold and roll into the standard final shape, seal the seam and place seam-side down in a 9 × 5-inch lidded pan.
