Sheila’s Rustic method
Pre-shape each dough piece, then gently flatten it. Distribute 85 g dark chocolate chips and the finely grated zest of 1 whole orange across each piece, leaving a clean border. Fold and roll into the standard final shape, work efficiently to limit chocolate smearing, seal the seam and place seam-side down in a 9 × 5-inch lidded pan.
