Sheila’s Rustic method
Pre-shape each dough piece, then gently flatten it. Mix 5 g prepared pumpkin spice with 25 g light brown sugar for each loaf and distribute evenly, leaving a clean border. Fold and roll into the standard final shape, pinch the seam closed and place seam-side down in a 9 × 5-inch lidded pan.
